Refund policy
Returns:
Our return policy is a store credit only policy. Store credit can be used for future purchases at our boutique. Refunds will not be offered for any returned items. Returned items must be received by us within a 14-day window of your ship/possession date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Tags must be attached unless item came without a tag. All shoes must be in original box and the box MUST be inside another layer of packaging. We cannot accept shoe boxes with tape or mailing labels on them.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or online exclusive warehouse. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back. Please send the item to: Wild Ivory Boutique, 303 Victoria Drive, Waverly, IL 62692
Once your eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we has been received your returned item. We will also email you upon issuing your store credit with instructions on how to redeem it or we will notify you explaining the reason for rejection, in which case a credit will not be issued. One example of this is when any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Store Credit Policy
Late or missing credit codes (if applicable)
Please contact us at wildivory@royell.org with any issues you may have using your credit code at checkout. We will strive to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately, last chance items cannot be returned for a store credit. In addition, any items with a promotional code of 50% off or more will also not be eligible for store credit.
Defective or damaged items (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at wildivory@royell.com and send your item to: Please send the item to: Wild Ivory Boutique, 303 Victoria Drive, Waverly, IL 62692. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return this item. Items that are received with broken buttons, snaps, zippers, holes, or stains are considered defective. Defective items DO NOT include a difference in beading pattern, loose strings that may be cut off, wrinkles or creases, sizing issues, details not laying flat, etc. If the damaged or defective item you need to exchange for is not in stock in our store any longer, a store credit will be issued and you will receive an email regarding the instructions to redeem it.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Please send the item to: Wild Ivory Boutique, 303 Victoria Drive, Waverly, IL 62692. Please include the order # if applicable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and store credit will not be given for shipping cost.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
